Once your order is confirmed, your digital Beau Domaine gift card is sent instantly by email. You can then simply forward it to the person of your choice or print it if you prefer to give it to them in person.

Using the gift card is simple: Once the recipient has received the card, they just need to go to our Beau Domaine website. They can then select their favorite products and add them to their cart. At checkout, they can use the unique code received with their gift card to finalize the order. The card is valid for one year from its creation date and can be used in one or multiple transactions until the balance is depleted.

It is exclusively a 100% digital gift card. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a code by email. You can then forward this email to the person of your choice or print it if you prefer to give them a physical version.

Our gift cards are delivered instantly by email once your order is finalized and the payment is confirmed. There is no additional waiting time to receive the code.

Regarding delivery, Beau Domaine gift cards are sent instantly by email after your order. We do not currently offer a scheduling service for a later date.

To ensure your gift arrives at the perfect time, you can choose to receive the gift card at your own email address, then forward it to the recipient or print it to give it to them on the big day.

Currently, our gift cards are available in fixed amounts of $50, $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $350 and $400. It is therefore not possible to choose a custom amount outside of these options.

Your gift card can absolutely be used multiple times. You are not required to spend the entire amount in a single order. You can use your balance on several successive purchases until it is depleted, within its one-year validity period.

Your Beau Domaine gift card can be used to pay for your entire order, including shipping costs, if applicable. As a reminder, shipping is free for all orders of $59 or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of $6.90 applies and can be deducted from your gift card balance.

The refund is issued as store credit.

You simply need to contact customer service to receive your code again.

You can use your gift card in any country/currency at checkout. The conversion will be done automatically at the current exchange rate.

You can check your balance in two ways:

• Via the email in which you received your gift card: the email contains a direct link to the gift card page where the current balance is displayed in real-time.
• Via customer service: you can contact customer service so they can provide you with the current balance of your gift card.
